Zayn Malik has shared details of his first UK and solo tour. Find ticket details below.
Called ‘The Stairway To The Sky Tour’, the run of live shows will see the former One Direction singer head out on his first tour as a solo artist. It comes in support of his fourth solo album ‘Room Under The Stairs’, which arrived in May.
He will begin the run of live shows with the US leg of dates – comprising five shows across the country. These kick off with an opening night at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on October 23, which is followed by a show in Las Vegas and a show in Los Angeles (25 and 27).
From there, he’ll play a gig in Washington on October 30, followed by a final US show in New York on November 2.
After the US shows are wrapped up, Malik will head across the pond for six shows in the UK, including stops at Edinburgh’s O2 Academy, Leeds’ O2 Academy, Manchester’s O2 Apollo and London’s Eventim Apollo on November 20, 23, 24 and 26 respectively.
The dates wrap up with a penultimate stop in Wolverhampton on November 29, followed by a closing show in Newcastle Upon Tyne on December 3.
“Appreciate your patience, love, and support. Can’t wait to enjoy great music together,” Malik said in a new Instagram post. “This time I really mean soon. See you in 35 days…”
Tickets go on sale at 11am local time on Saturday (September 21). Buy UK tickets here and US tickets here. Find a list of tour dates below.

The tour announcement comes after Malik played his first-ever solo live show in London earlier this year.
The ‘Pillowtalk’ singer made his debut live appearance at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on May 17, with the show coming in celebration of his fourth album ‘Room Under The Stairs‘.
Before then, he had yet to perform live since launching his solo career back in 2016. Originally he was meant to hit the road that same year, but ultimately cancelled what was to be his debut appearance due to “the worst anxiety of my career”.
“I have been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances,” Zayn wrote in a statement at the time.
Zayn’s 2021’s album ‘Nobody Is Listening’ earned a three-star review, with Dhruva Balram writing for NME: “‘Nobody is Listening’ has its flaws, but Zayn is clearly working out a few chinks in his armour, and this comes across as a step in a new and fresh direction for the enigmatic artist.”
In other news, the singer revealed he’s been revisiting One Direction’s music and he would like a Miley Cyrus collaboration one day. He also opened up about his love of Yu-Gi-Oh! after taking part in a Master Duel tournament.
Earlier this year, he was one of many artists who signed an open letter warning against the “predatory” use of artificial intelligence (AI) in music, and pushed for the government to take a stronger approach to the issue.
